On large jobs we take an engineering approach to program management, taking time at the start to meticulously plan every detail, schedule resources and plan the workflow to ensure critical program milestones are met. Over the years this system has proven invaluable in improving communications and reducing stress for our employees and our customers.

Order Tracking
Using the eagle-eye of a Griffin, along with custom-designed program management software, we monitor job progress in real-time and make sure appropriate quality checks are done every step of the way.
